Not as pleasant as our...

Liked: The room was already cooled when we checked in. It smelled very fresh and was clean. The beds are super comfortable. Nice breakfast selection that was fresh, and we watched the trays being replenished often. The staff was kind, cheerful, and respectful.
Disliked: Our first night, Wednesday, the pool was out of service. Thursday morning, the elevator was out. We were on the third floor, and with my stiff and painful knees, I had to do the stairs one step at a time, down to breakfast, back up, and then down to start the day. The pool was finally open Thursday afternoon, but the hot tub was lukewarm. Metal frames for the beds seem like an odd choice. They boom like a dumpster if a toe hits them, and they do a muffled rumble when one gets up off the mattress. Room coffee packets were not replenished Thursday, nor was trash emptied.

I’ve never had so many...

Liked: Location was good. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The sink water pressure was really low - bathroom door not able to close - unavailable swimming pool and hot tub - malfunctioning door card 3 times - malfunction elevator - front parking lot tree with birds that majorly poop on vehicles - fitness center tv doesn’t respond to remote the control - WiFi signal was very weak , signal kept dropping, so we stopped using it

Passable

Liked: The breakfast was good except for the biscuits, they were hard the first morning. They were ok the second morning.
Disliked: The roof was leaky and moldy on the 3rd floor. Making it smell. Also the toilet wouldn't flush in the first room they gave us (on the 2nd floor) and when I opened the back of the toilet, there was a syringe needle in it. They would not give a refund so we had to stay in another room. And the pool was muggy and green.
