Over all wonderful experience
Liked: it was a total over all great experience. we love staying there when we come to San Antonio.
Disliked: The hot tub was small. you could not fit more the 3 people comfortably

Would not recommend and will...
Liked: The location was probably the only thing positive.
Disliked: They put a hold on the the total amount that I already paid booking.com on my bank account for the entirety of our stay. It is still on hold even after I have checked out and am at home. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was a plastic bag tied around the smoke detector, I'm guessing from the previous guest. We set the a/c to 70 but it was ALWAYS warm in the room and the whole floor smelled musty when stepping off the elevator onto the third floor. And there were greasy handprints o. The headboard when we checked in.

Liked: The cleanliness was good. Very cozy room.
Disliked: Wish they upgraded to having smart TVs because they did not have many channels or options to watch. The AC unit was not getting cold enough.

Not recommended
Liked: Beds an pillows. Location.
Disliked: Not clean, heater in pool not working, hair in the bathtub, deteriorated furnishings,no cable tv, breakfast was disappointing, the hotel was advertised as a three star hotel and it really is a two star hotel.
