Beautiful place to stay

Liked: Beautiful surroundings. Room clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Dinner and breakfast delicious. Staff really nice. Activity center fantastic
Disliked: No sockets / light switches next to bedside table. Shower valve not working properly. Item of room furniture a shabby with handle missing.

Liked: We liked the hotel we didn’t go into the spar it was lovely and clean and breakfast was great
Disliked: We booked for afternoon tea which we were very disappointed by we were taken into the restaurant and popped into a corner by the windows which were very dirty there was no cloth on the table and all we could here were the staff at the bar area chatting and laughing we had to ask for more tea we did not get a description of what we were presented with which is very unusual we felt sad that it wasn’t better

Disliked: Couldn’t sit down and see if a mirror to do hair. Shampoo but no conditioner in bathroom. No glasses to have a drink of water

Liked: Rooms and hotel was exceptional staff all pleasant and very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Think the spa could do with an update such as more loungers and probably my fault for not checking but I didn’t realise kids would be in the spa area so makes it less of a relaxation experience - I think there should be separate areas for children

Visit to Slaley Hall

Liked: A lovely place .Plenty of seating areas.Room was spacious and comfortable .The beds were also very comfortable .
Disliked: The pool area was very small for the number of people.It was also a Health club,so even trying early in the day was not successful .
