Excellent hotel and staff!

Liked: Both my granddaughter and I were very pleased with everything. Very clean and comfortable. Great staff. Close to airport.
Disliked: Airplanes coming in for landing over us made the building vibrate! Maybe the hotel could provide free silicone earplugs to alleviate the noise. LOL

Fantastic

Liked: The admin is always active and replies fast with a lot of information. Trasportation to and From LAX is free. Thanks to the shuttle services of rental cars.
Disliked: Hmm. Nothin much, noise coming from planes landing is okay for me.

Mostly positive experience on site...

Liked: Respectful, direct on-site staff; comfortable bed, clean bathroom (if a bit skimpy on toiletries). Presence of 24-hour on-site staff. Pleasant courtyard setup, e.g., plants, tables, awnings, chairs, etc. Good on-site parking.
Disliked: ((1)Wet toils on counter and floor after shower not replaced for next day; (2) entry door hard to open (had to call staff to help open "stuck" unit entry door; (3) entry door key failed at 2 separate times (had to visit staff office to have key reset); (4) Didn't receive invoice as promised at checkout until several calls (and several days) to office (with staff telling me at first that email address that they sent invoice to was sent to completely incorrect email address (I had clearly indicated my email address at registration). I needed to call Booking.com several times who also was initially unable to contact the hotel administration by phone fvoice message on hotel answering machine requested " code" which Booking was unable to ident9ify) and who sent strongly worded email to hotel (copied to me) which after a few days resulted in an invoice (and apology to me and Booking.com) about their lack of appropriate follow-through). This invoice story marred an otherwise fairly pleasant stay at the hotel.

Good for a quick stop...

Liked: Good location and relatively inexpensive. Comfy queen size bed and nice hot shower. We used our stay just for the day as we had 12 hour layover. Caught the nearby Big Blue Bus to Santa Monica Pier then rested until the next flight. Hertz rental bus was ok.
Disliked: The floor was very dirty. And aircraft noise was loud.

Disappointing

Good value hotel for a...

Liked: Good value price especially compared to other hotels near LAX. Everything was clean and worked properly. Would stay again as a male solo traveler
Disliked: Sheets on the bed were thin, kinda a weird spot. Also there was no shuttle to the airport

I had a pleasant stay...

Liked: The property shares space with the conjoining restaurant next door. The property is also fairly quiet for being located near an active intersection. Check in and check out are hassle free.
Disliked: The rooms at this location do not all come stocked with a microwave which was a little disappointing. I could’ve used more toiletries for the bathroom as I was given only one soap bar. The toilet paper was 75 percent used in my room.
