Pleasant stay

Liked: The front staff gentlemen was super friendly and helpful although not located in the heart of NYC you can get there by bus. Free car parking. We had a spa room which was lovely after 2 big days exploring
Disliked: It was perfect for what we needed

Unsanitary/Lacking cleanliness

Liked: The only nice thing was the check in and out process was fast and friendly
Disliked: Room was not clean at all very gross, very unsanitary. The bathroom was covered in hair and the toilet was never cleaned from the previous stay. House keeping couldn't change an empty toilet paper rolI, but could leave a roll for the guest to fill. Thankfully I travel with cleaning supplies and had clean the bathroom myself. The bedding was suspect, so I bought new bedding for our one night stay. Not only was our room horribly not clean the door lock stopped working and we needed to change rooms at 1 in the morning. Our second room also was not cleaned so I needed to clean an other bathroom and re make the bed with clean linens. Overall this is the nastiest motel I've ever stayed in, its the kind of motel you take your side piece too for a few hours or simpler just don't care.

Disliked: Cleanliness and service staff attitudeThere was a lot of disgusting stuff in the room, like dirty mattress and bathroom mats. Found used condoms underneath the bath mats. Staff was prompt at answering but did not do a good job in cleaning.

Okay for a very short...

Liked: Location wasn't too far from Manhattan.
Disliked: Floor had multiple stains, blankets had minor stains, hair dryer didn't work, plumbing was bad for three total uses.

Don’t waste your money!!!

Disliked: Everything!! From dirty rugs to stink bed & room this was awful!! The bed felt like I was sleeping on ROCKS!! Never again Outlets didn’t work, tv didn’t work neither did the wifi!! The rooms have NO microwave.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, right before the GW bridge. The hotel itself appears to have been recently painted, and it looks nice and clean. The room was great for what we paid for; it had a jacuzzi in the room, and it worked great.
Disliked: Some romantic blue or red lights would have been nice. Also, not enough towels for a jacuzzi room; there was water everywhere, so we needed towels.
