Beautiful area, beautiful building

Liked: Beautiful! Most staff was excellent, especially Bliss from housekeeping, and servers / bartenders were lovely and knowledgeable
Disliked: no one to help with luggage, one particular housekeeping worker was exceptionally rude, need a small table in room

A fabulous grand hotel away...

Liked: This place was gorgeous! Think grand style old world hotel set on a hill near a lake in the mountains. Then, add a dash of holiday magic with trees and decorations around every corner (A life-size gingerbread house made of REAL gingerbread? Yes!) and you have Skytop! Beautiful setting, excellent dining, and super friendly staff made our stay just perfect.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful...I cant think of a single thing we did not like, we were there to celebrate my birthday. They gave us a free room upgrade and a birthday card with a coupon for a free coffee at the cafe, so nice!!
