Liked: So dry… no soap for washing hands in sink
Disliked: I booked since it’s my birthday but they never make room special despite wormy request… and u need to pay different amount extra to use pool

Liked: We didn't get enough towels and wash rags on checkin

Not to book this again...

Liked: It was very smelly and there is only one Microwave in all buildings and staff has no answer about it, need to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes to warm up breakfast,No coffee maker or anything,just room nothing else.
Disliked: Nothing like a hotel, it’s like a motel in country side.

Liked: We were able to check-in early and utilize our time at the waterpark during our stay.
Disliked: It got really humid in our room during the night and the thermostat was reading 16 degrees. My son woke up several times during the night very sweaty because of how humid it was in the room.

Major regrets. Do not recommend.

Disliked: I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience during my stay at this hotel. While I was parked in the hotel’s designated lot, my locked bicycle—worth $3,700—was stolen off my car’s rack.The parking lot is completely unsecured. There is no gate, less cameras, no security staff, and anyone can walk in or out freely without restriction. Despite a sign that says “Hotel Customer Parking Only,” the hotel staff told me after the theft that it is actually “public parking” and that they are not responsible.Even worse, there was only one small warning sign, and it was posted at just one entrance. I entered from the other side, where there was no signage at all—no disclaimer, no warning.When I reported the incident, the hotel was unhelpful and took no responsibility whatsoever. No apology, no support, and no compensation offered.If you're bringing anything of value—especially a bicycle or rooftop gear—do not stay here. The hotel fails to provide even basic security and won’t support you if something goes wrong.If the security and safety of guests and their belongings are truly of the "utmost importance," then I ask you this: Why is your parking lot completely open to the public with no gate, no controlled access, and no check whatsoever on who enters or exits? Anyone—guest or not—can freely walk into your lot at any time, which is a clear and serious security risk.Furthermore, as I clearly stated, there was absolutely no signage indicating that the hotel assumes no responsibility for theft at the entrance where I parked. The only such sign is located at one of the multiple entrances, which makes it entirely possible for guests to park without ever being informed of your disclaimer. This is not a sufficient or legally reliable way to notify guests of important liability limitations.Claiming that your staff "attempts" to offer inside bike storage when bikes are not

Disliked: exhaust fan in the bath room is too weak. drinks are too expensive. So I ordered only 1 beer
