AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything. The staff wasn’t nice. The place was run down and FILTHY. I don’t even stay. I went to the room and it was filthy and run down.

Did the job, clean, but...

Liked: Proximity to everything in Niagara was great
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable, and the hotel could use updating, our room door was very sticky and old.

A great comfy room with...

Liked: A great location and we loved the courtyard areas - made the hotel seem much more spacious rather than just room after room.
Disliked: Reception very busy, noisy, crowded at check in as lots of rooms not ready as guests were arriving. Trying to get suitcases to luggage storage through crowds not easy.

The location was good

Liked: We did not get breakfast, the air conditioning was very cold
Disliked: The house keeping the room was not cleaned properly and it was very evident

Liked: How everything from attractions / restaurants to the falls was in walking distance over all its was a great place. The room was a little outdated but that was ok with us because (housekeeping) was (outstanding !!!) We didn't know who they were but they have our respect and applause
