Liked: The location was perfect, everything was near each other! And convenient
Disliked: I was put in the courtyard rooms and every evening around 6 or so there were so many kids screaming outside till late night and every morning early there were there again. It was difficult for us to get any rest because of this .

Liked: The facility was good, the water park was good
Disliked: Our room was freezing, even with the thermometer turned up to 82 we froze all night. As well the hall ways are freezing

Liked: Loves the waterpark and the room was beautiful and clean.
Disliked: The staff were rude. And we had a noise issue with an upstairs neighbour that we called the front desk about but that only got worse after we called it in.

Liked: It's attached to the waterpark
Disliked: It's very loud, outdated, and dirty. The blankets are very thin, hard pillows and the best was so uncomfortable. Worst stay I've ever had...

Liked: Besides the location there was nothing we enjoyed about the hotel.
Disliked: Hotel was very dirty, hole in the shower wall, very loud, outlets were not useable, the cords would fall out of outlet. One morning we were woken up by loud music in the courtyard and people loud and a power drill the next morning.
