Liked: I loved that you were walking distance from everything that we wanted to do. The rooms were cleaned, anything you needed you just ask the staff and they would get it for you.

Disliked: I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience during my stay at this hotel. While I was parked in the hotel’s designated lot, my locked bicycle—worth $3,700—was stolen off my car’s rack.The parking lot is completely unsecured. There is no gate, less cameras, no security staff, and anyone can walk in or out freely without restriction. Despite a sign that says “Hotel Customer Parking Only,” the hotel staff told me after the theft that it is actually “public parking” and that they are not responsible.Even worse, there was only one small warning sign, and it was posted at just one entrance. I entered from the other side, where there was no signage at all—no disclaimer, no warning.When I reported the incident, the hotel was unhelpful and took no responsibility whatsoever. No apology, no support, and no compensation offered.If you're bringing anything of value—especially a bicycle or rooftop gear—do not stay here. The hotel fails to provide even basic security and won’t support you if something goes wrong.
