Easter trip!!

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and helpful!
Disliked: There were no face cloths in sight. The room nor front deak had any.. The outlets in the room were hard to access to plug in our phones. The curtains didn't properly close.

Disliked: Water park should be included for what we paid, room wasn’t really cleaned well… there was a bottle cap on our floor and we didn’t have a baby there.

Disliked: The mini fridge didn’t work very wellThe screen was missing from the windowThe black out curtains didn’t close all the wayThe coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some timeThere was no shampoo/conditioner The bed squeakedThe floor lamp was wobbly and has seen better daysEverything was old and dated in the room. Paid almost $600 for one night with passes. I think the property can do better.

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: The front staff lady manager at skyline hotel makes you never want to go back. She is very unpleasant, rude and just ignorant, she should not be doing a job where she is dealing with people.
