Liked: Size of living space, inclusion of kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. Bed was comfy. Everything very clean. The balcony was a nice addition and the curtains blocked out the sunlight perfectly.
Disliked: The bathroom was ridiculously small. For a room of this cost, it’s reasonable to expect a little more luxurious space. The lounge also wasn’t particularly comfortable. The room service menu had the wrong opening times (nothing available between end of lunch and beginning of dinner service) and didn’t state how to order. Tried to call the service desk from the room phone and was put on hold endlessly. Finally used my mobile to call the external number and was informed there was a QR code in the kitchenette for ordering. Would have been helpful for this to be on/with the actual menu.

Pleasurable, comfortable

Liked: spacious suitees, cleanliness, living room, accessibility to places especially train stations
Disliked: Small swimming pool and gym, noise from cars, buses, people on the street in the wee hrs of the morning which is uncontrollable and unforseen but annoying for light sleepers like myself but overall, it’s a good place to stay in
