Pleasant

Liked: The apartment was modern and well equipped.
Disliked: Staffing inadequate. Takes a long time to check in.Fire alarm triggered to evacuation at 3am in the morning. Had time get fragile person down from the 7th floor via stairs. The staff offered no reason. It felt like it was a regular occurrence. Usually well trained staff can get false alarms isolated before having to trigger a full evacuation.

Liked: My husband and I stayed in the studio apartment in room 7B. It was a really great experience. We had a kitchen inclusive of a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine, dryer, large fridge/freezer and everything needed for cooking. The bathroom was great, with seriously awesome water pressure in the shower. The room was beautifully decorated. There were floor to ceiling windows with great black out curtains, and a small balcony to sit out on. Chrome cast was available on the tv in both the lounge room and the bedroom with really great free wifi. We had access to a pool, sauna and spa. There is a train line right below the hotel, which was super convenient for our holiday. We ended up returning our rental car because public transport was just so much easier and cheaper. We had a really lovely time, we would definitely book here again!

Good stay apartments if you...

Liked: The access to food downstairs and convenient supermarkets. Thr cleanliness and how cozy the apartment is.
Disliked: The smell of other residents cooking food in the hallway. The ringing noise in the hallway when people are using the hot water for their shower, you will hear the ringing noise late at night when its quiet because residents are using the hot water. Ventilation is an issue. There was also an incident where a fire was happening due to one of the apartments had burnt something and smoke was coming out of the hallway so the fire alarm system went off and we were all had to leave to head outside which was stressful.

Centrally Located

Liked: Easy to get to and from the airport. Also, great location as there is a supermarket and restaurants all around the hotel.
Disliked: The sauna was filthy, the door was chucked open with a mouldy towel, and it was full of leaves. The bathrooms could use a good deep clean, as there was mould throughout the shower.

Liked: Fabulous room, spacious and well-appointed. Staff very helpful. Location was great for what we wanted, and actually close enough to Sydney airport that this is a great alternative for a one-night stay before an early morning flight -- only about 10mins further away than the official airport hotels. Because the room is has a well-appointed kitchen, and there is a Woolies 2 min walk away, it can be used as a self-catering apartment as well as a hotel room. We didn't use the saunas, spa or pool, but checked these out and they looked really nice.
Disliked: Only downside was a fire-alarm that caused the whole building to be evacuated mid-evening on our last night. We had tune in early in anticipation of getting a 6.15am flight the next day. Alarm was nothing to do with the hotel, it was triggered by something at Taco Bell on the ground floor below the hotel, but I got the impression it was not a one-off.
