Liked: Nothing, never got there as they cancelled without any communication
Disliked: I would never recommend booking here as we booked and never heard anything until the day after numerous phone calls I made to the property and no answer

Liked: The Skye Oceans Hotel has been unavailable and looked as permanently closedown. When we have arrived and been so surprised of this situation we tried to contact with Skye Oceans Hotel and Instead of this We have been offered to stay at sister accommodation called Sunny Days Hotel but it wasn’t good experience as the standard has been so far from normal.
Disliked: The Skye Oceans Hotel has been closed

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The bedroom was freezing cold. Landlord told us he had glossed the radiators that afternoon. Room smelt super strong of the paint, giving heaches.Room was icy cold. Rust on the bin lid and toilet roll cover. No hot water. When we confronted landlord, we were just hit with excuses that he had only just taken over and he didn't know how to work things. No apologies just excuses! The skirting boards had dust on them.

Disliked: We didn't get to stay due to a boiler issue and a refund still hasn't been given

Shocking/avoid

Liked: Nothing about the hotel room was a disgrace
Disliked: Paintwork all over crack in ceiling damp patch on ceiling from a leak big gap in the window letting the strong cold wind in. Hotel is cold heating put on maximum 3 times a day same with hot water.

Disappointing

Liked: We didn’t actually stay at Skye oceans hotel due to their heating system being broken we were offered their sister hotel. Sunny days. We lost money due to this change and the sister hotel wasn’t as good as Skye oceans itself. For one night it did the job but it wasn’t very clean or updated.
Disliked: The fact we were moved hotel without any compensation for the price difference.
