Very comfortable, but could use...

Liked: Very glamorous, and great location.
Disliked: There was no parking unless paying extra largish fee. A lot of the fittings in the room were loose (eg toilet roll holder, things that would easily be picked up by cleaners and easy to fix. Not a big deal, but easy to rectify for a chain of this calibre). There were lots of hand marks on the shiny cupboard doors, eluding to a lack of thorough cleaning. The shower took a very long time to get hot the night we got there and didn’t get hot at all the morning we left, I tried to stop at reception to tell them on check out. But wasn’t anyone there and although I waited, I returned to my car as we were on a schedule for our day. Overall, the place was pretty nice and staff good from the interactions we had, but a few easy rectifications and attention to detail could make a world of difference. We also weren’t directed very well on check in for the location of amenities such as pool/bar and gym

Fantastic little getaway.

Liked: Lovely, friendly, and helpful staff members gave us the best start to our little getaway. Our room was very clean and so were the other public facilities (pool, spa, gym, and sauna). Highly recommended.Very close to the Parramatta train station.
Disliked: There is a slight lack in towel hanging racks (for the 6 people allocated to our room).

Loved it

Liked: Great location. Only small walk to Westfield Parramatta and public transport. Great housekeeping facility.
Disliked: Car parking was very costly. There are some paid car parks in the surrounding and off street. But I think parking should be provided to the guests without charge or at a minimal rate.
