Liked: Great location, restaurants, cafe and convenience store onsite. Westfield and Train Station only 5 min walk away. Reception accept and bring Uber Orders to your room. Great pool / spa area and rooftop bar!

Property was amazing but the...

Disliked: The staff at the reception when we checked out was charging us extra, because she said we had the snacks from the mini bar in the room. Luckily we had a video and some photos of the room after we checked in, and clearly the video it shows one of the snacks was not there, and her attitude towards us was very disrespectful and the way she talked was in a very accusing way, me and my friend we felt really offended.

Pleasant apartment but noisy

Liked: We had a pleasant apartment with an attractive design. I was pleased to be provided with a blanket as a doona was too hot for the current weather.
Disliked: We would have appreciated a top sheet, however. We had to extract the doona from its cover and use that as a top sheet. And I do not believe in wasting energy using air conditioning just so we could have a warm doona on our bed.The apartments are not well soundproofed, unfortunately. We were woken several times by other guests coming and going and slamming doors late at night. There was also a lot of noise from outside where some person on the street was screaming angrily most of the night.
