Great place to stay -...

Liked: Location was great being right in the city. The room was perfect for my husband and I, King bed was massive had heaps of room and was super comfortable. The facilities were excellent as was the customer service we received from all staff we interacted with. They even had a small birthday card and gift for me waiting in my room (much appreciated too by the way). Only problem was the stay was far too short! When we return it will be for a much longer stay.

Liked: Always like the location Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Restaurants closed Monday and Tuesday ( they weren't last time we stayed)Air con wasn't consistent, -, when set to 18 overnight it went up to 20.Seats in the room were too low for elderly people with mobility issues.

Exactly what we needed

Liked: The valet staff were friendly and super helpful. The housekeeping staff were always smiling and greeted you when you walked past. The size of the room was amazing especially for a Whanau who has someone in a wheelchair. The beds were soft.
Disliked: Being 1st time travellers with our son who is in a chair the room door entrance was a bit tricky to navigate through. Once inside he walked around so it was spacious enough to have our belongings and the chair. The position of the fixed shower chair was inconvenient and needed to be on the opposite all so access to the taps and shower head wasn’t behind you. The recessed door to the bathroom/ shower was super heavy to open so mobilising my son and opening the door at the same time proved challenging (so I was more organised by day 2 and 3). Privacy was a major issue the windows in all rooms need tinting so you can see into them from other rooms and the hallway/ lobby.
