Liked: Price of the room
Disliked: Homeless people every where and the air conditioning was not good. Had it on 63 and only felt like maybe 72

Not worth it

Liked: The staff were friendly
Disliked: Toilet didn't work, room phone was non-operational, the smell throughout the whole building was awful, building was dirty, location was not great (would not have chosen this location normally, but there was an event in town and choices were sparse), VERY loud overnight with guests in hallways and slamming doors, overall uncomfortable. Maintenance did come to repair the toilet once (I repaired it myself several other times) and replaced the phone, but to have us check into a room that was so ill-prepared is unfathomable.

Disliked: The staff asked for documentstion on my service animal. Stating that if he was notPart of a registry he wasn’t a real service animal. This is illegal. Placed in a pet room that smelled so bad of feces that my dog would not enter the room. When asked about moving I was told no that was the only room available for us. I could have air freshener if I didn’t like it but that they would not return my money. Booking. Com is also unable to refund my money. I didn’t stay at the property but still had to pay for it
