One should not be able...

Liked: It was raining profusely and we desperately needed to rest after driving 12 hours and although I was able to use your website to book the room ahead, the motel staff rudely told us they had no available rooms no matter what your website said
Disliked: The motel staff’s nasty attitude and bias attitude. My spouse had to make him apologize to me. They refuse to cancel this reservation or provide Bookings contact info and told me to get off of the property
