Disliked: Location, just around the corner there is poverty and homeless people .. This does not mean we did not enjoy the stay but it is worth a mention , Do not expect to take a stroll around the hotel ...

Comfortable and interesting place to...
Liked: Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Guest lounge was colourful and comfortable with complementary tea and coffee always available. Beds were very comfortable and It was great to have a gallery with First Nations' Art and jewelry under the same roof - as well as indigenous art in the rooms. Really good continental breakfast with home-baking. Central location meant most things were within easy walking distance
Disliked: The neighbourhood was a little seedy and dirty. Although this was off-set, to some extent, by the convenience of the location. it was rather uncomfortable walking around there at night.

Disliked: Wish more Vancouverites knew about this gem to recommend to friends, use for conferences, etc
