Liked: Lovely property in a perfect location. The room was spotless and cozy and the hosts were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious. Will definitely be retuning!

A relaxing, beautiful stay; walks...

Liked: A warm and friendly reception at this beautiful location. Spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were consistently wonderful.
Disliked: The parking is naturally demanding in this vintage Lake District location; not too daunting, but just be aware that large vehicles might find access a challenge. I believe parking on the street is also fine if available.

Liked: Beautiful, cozy accommodation, situated in a picturesque location. Our host was lovely, she made us really delicious breakfasts and did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We sincerely recommend this place.

Liked: Within walking distance of Keswick with parking on site made this a lovely B and B to stay in.The room had a great view and was clean and comfortable, the little details of live hearts on the bed were a lovely touch.The owners were extremely helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us.The breakfast was freshly cooked with an excellent variety of hot options, cereals and fresh fruit..all was cooked to perfection. The best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time A really enjoyable stay. 😁
Disliked: Nothing negative to say...would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Perfect for my needs and...

Liked: Plenty of choice and well prepared breakfast. The location was good, and while not in Keswick itself, it was just a twenty minute walk along a lane and flat path through a field. Wonderful view from my top floor room.
Disliked: My room was a single with just a wash basin but the bathroom, which was shared with one other room, was on the floor below. Not a problem but the stairs may be a for some.

Liked: Location is perfect for access to walks, a short easy walk into Keswick and a bus stop just opposite the B&BBreakfast was great, good quality ingredients cooked to your liking

New years solo trip

Liked: Beautiful cosy b&b with beautiful views, parking and lovely finishing touches in the room. Dressing gown and slippers provided along with tea, coffee, milk, water etc and topped up if required. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and my favourite of yoghurt with fresh fruit, poached eggs with adacado on sourdough. Quantity and quality to perfection. The bed was lovely and comfortable too with a cosy blanket. Thank you so much for making my solo new years trip amazing.
Disliked: The bathroom was along the corridor and down a flight of stairs but it was easily manageable.
