Liked: The facilities were excellent it was a birthday treat for my girlfriend and she loved it.
Disliked: Could of been more colleagues on desk.And no robes.

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: It was all just a bit naff to be honest. Rooms were ok, staff were ok, food was ok. Absolutely nothing that I thought ?oh this is nice?. I wouldn?t go there again.

Liked: the size was good, we had the king James suite and it was amazing value for money with breakfast

Liked: big bedrooms rooms, nice bathrooms. nice garden. comfortable beds.
Disliked: staff on reception when I arrived not very friendly one was rude . swimming pool closed at 8 but you were not allowed to use it after 7 on Sunday evening. I arrived at 7 .15 and would have liked a swim. in the morning the pool was cold.breakfast expensive and not worth the money. there was some else hair in the bath.

Family long stay 4+ weeks
Liked: Breakfast is great on a weekday a little hit and miss at the weekend with availability. The room was a good size we had a contemporary twin, nice desk size, bathroom a good size. The receptionist Jo was amazing, always a smiling face and happy to speak with us. We had a long stay 4+ weeks during a difficult time and without her on hand to keep us sane i think we would have struggled. All the staff are polite and helpful but Jo really does go the extra mile!
Disliked: The hotel needs some TLC with maintenance during our stay the lift was broken, the coffee machine at breakfast was broken for 4 days. The bar was out of Rose wine and the draft beer which was disappointing. It feels like the hotel is doing its best but takes along time for any resolutions. I also do not love that the rooms are not cleaned during your stay and towels not changed. However if you do ask for new towels they will supply.

Liked: location was good and spa facilities
Disliked: bed room had no central heating, breakfast was very average and coffee is made at single machine one cup at a time for whole dining room which made lengthy queues, check in experience was poor
