Will never ever return

Disliked: Function on directly below our room - music was blasting to the extent the room was shaking until 1230 am.When I went to speak to reception staff he was arrogant and informed me he cannot move us rooms and if he wanted to it would be closer to another function on at the venue. Then sarcastically expressed “there is a wedding on you know”. So basically if you stay here when a function is on the hotel and staff accept the fact that non function guests will not be sleeping till 1am and that is the normal.AVOID AVOID AVOID
