Your employees are the best!!!!!...

Liked: I thought it was a lovely space for breakfast
Disliked: When in the restaurant side for dinner I felt you had too many running ads for your liquor. There is a reason why many people pay for tv stations w/o advertising. It, at the very least , would have been nice to see the scenes of Galway or the ones you have of greater Ireland in the lobby.

Liked: The hotel is lockated right in the city center close to everything -shops, caffes, train and bus station. The room was spacious and had all the needed facilities.
Disliked: The hotel has a pub and there is live music late in the evening - the ones having a light sleep should take this into canolsideration.

Liked: Great location in Galway, clean room that was a decent size.
Disliked: The price was fairly high and at that price it did not include breakfast.

Liked: The staff are always amazing in the hotel and bar, which always makes everything else amazing!
Disliked: If I had to pick something, then the food choice could have been wider, but it was tasty and fresh every time.

I loved the location of...

Liked: The location was perfect. The hotel is so close to the bus station and literally along Eyre Square. All attractions were accessible by walking or a quick bus ride. As much as I enjoy music, I was glad to be in a room that was quiet and allowed me time to rest. I never had breakfast but I had lunch and dinner both were delicious! The restaurant/pub is one of the most beautiful in Galway.
Disliked: I would have preferred a wider variety of breakfast items and/or smaller options like just eggs and toast.
