Liked: Location was great; hotel was clean; staff was friendly.
Disliked: 1. The temp outside ranged from 92 to 62 degree, and the a/c unit was noisy and placed so it blew directly onto the bed making it hard to sleep. 2. The mattress was not supportive and uncomfortable. 3. The hotel was supposed to be smoke free but guests were allowed to smoke on the wrap-around front porch so smoke wafted into the building.

Liked: Great location, lovely wraparound porch. We had a small refrigerator in our room, microwave in common area. Very modern and good bathroom. We had an upstairs room that faced the back, so nice and quiet! Complimentary treats, water, soda in room. Very good experience and would definitely recommend.

Ok. Rosalie’s Cucina was excellent....

Disliked: For a « boutique » hotel felt little better than a motel.
