A great place to stay...

Liked: The location is great, very close to downtown Hope and one a few blocks from the highway. It's nice to be able to walk to stores and restaurants.Good value for the money we paid.
Disliked: The phone system wasn't working when we tried to book our stay, so we had to book online. Please fix this issue.

Our motel stay was marred...

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: Generally it was okay, with the bare minimum of amenities. The main issue we had, was being there the night of the fire. While I don’t fault them for the misfortune of a fire, I do however, take issue with their complete lack of communication. We were on the back side of the motel so we did not hear what was going on or at least were not aware that any noise we did hear was associated with the motel. We only found out that the place was on fire by going out to investigate our lack of water in the morning. It is clear to me that there were no proper emergency protocols in place or if there were, they were not followed.
