Needs urgent refurbishment and basic...
Liked: The location was convenient and central, which made it easy to get around. Staff did provide a fan when I asked, which I appreciated given how warm the room was.
Disliked: I stayed here for 4 nights and was really disappointed with the state of the room 201. There were black stains all over the carpet – it looked filthy and felt disgusting to walk on. The toilet was loose and moved when I sat on it, and the shower head holder was broken, so I had to hold the shower the entire time.The bins were never emptied during my stay, and there were stains on the duvet cover. I asked to be moved but was told no other rooms were available and that someone would follow up – they never did. I later saw a few rooms with open doors and honestly, they didn’t look much better, so I just stuck it out (especially as I was told no refunds were possible).The carpet on the landing was just as bad – stained and unpleasant. My room was boiling hot (the weather was warm), and while they did give me a fan when I asked, it didn’t really help much.Yes, the location is convenient, but that’s about the only positive.Note to the owners: why are you letting rooms out with carpets in that condition? It’s unacceptable. The whole place feels neglected and in desperate need of investment. The current state reflects poorly on whoever is running it.Would not stay here again – next time, I’d rather pay a bit more to stay somewhere clean and properly maintained.

Liked: Leaving.
Disliked: Everything. Looks nothing like the photos, every wall and floor has holes. The showers and sinks don’t drain. Going outside at night was so scary. The curtains don’t shut. We had to plead for toilet paper and towels. It was so much money for it to look how it actually did.
