Liked: The view of the 17th floor
Disliked: vibe at hotel very noisy

location!

Liked: clean room, beds were very comfortable, shower was excellent, loved Pause Cafe a few blocks away, easy access to F train.

Disliked: There is a nightclub in the hotel that blasts music until the wee hours of the morning, and there was no warning about this

Liked: Room style, space, facilities and location.
Disliked: Not the hotels fault but the street behind was very noisy at club closing time (1am - 3am). Not a real problem - we just had a cup of tea and waited for it to quieten down.

Nice but pricey with hidden...

Liked: I like the location and room
Disliked: The "personal experience" charge makes me angry. I used no extras but this charge is just a way of hiding the true cost of the room when you go to book it. I paid about $100 more than thevinitial price listed because of taxes and the "personal experience" charge. It really affects how I rate the hotel.

Great location and spacious room....

Liked: Very spacious junior suite, would have hoped a simple continental breakfast would have been included in the price. FAB location! When booking, I recommend that you double check your room has a private bathroom/toilet (always assumed that was a given!), but had to upgrade to get one. Also be aware that you have to leave a $500 deposit on check in for the minibar, so budget for that! Also note that the 7th floor has a club which stays open til 3am, so if you need complete silence to sleep, ask for a room well below/above that! Having said all that, I would stay here again.
