It was good other than...

Liked: Love that everything is located close and we don’t have to travel far to do activities
Disliked: I didn’t like that we were having problems with our room, for example our fridge was leaking water and they didn’t offer to move us or give us any discount. Even after I told them twice about the leak we ended up cleaning it up ourselves

Liked: We had a great time but some people call it out so it affected the water park indoor water park

Liked: The place overall was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The big part of the indoor water park was out of service, which left very little for the kids. Should have been notified and given the chance to change dates to when they were done with maintenance. Should have discounted the rate since they weren't offering everything we paid for.

Bad

Disliked: Let me book under the age of 21 then told me i couldn’t stay

Liked: The breakfast in the location was very good
Disliked: Our room the door looks like it was beating in, and it was hard to close. The toilet was loose and every time you sat down it kind of rocked room 400. The main tree in the waterpark was out of service. That was the main reason we went to the waterpark. We went for my son‘s birthday weekend, and that was the main thing he wanted.

Liked: They gave us comp tickets to theme park for inconvenience of parts of water park being closed
Disliked: Not everything was open at the water park

Disliked: Girl at the Cafe morning of 6/7 had a poor attitude. More space is needed for coffee, toaster & microwave. From my experience in the hotel business, I would update your lobby area with real plants. Everything looked dusty.

Not worth the price wont...

Liked: I liked the rooms, the water park was fun for the kids,the arcade and the hotel lobby looks amazing
Disliked: Definatly prices in the hotel are very unfair defiantly discouraging for the coffe place , the breakfast buffet was terrible not a big selection and food tasted terrible the coffe was terrible had a lot of grounds in the coffee as well. Half of the water park did not work I recommend calling and asking what will be operating before ypu go there because they dis not offer any discount for it the main attraction were not available so made it not worth going if they were avaible probably would have been a better experience
