Wouldve been a ten if it werent for the horrible dining staff in the picture

Liked: I liked the amenities!!! And the room was spacious!!!!
Disliked: I had issues with rude dining staff! But the manager was very helpful!!!

Disliked: Black mold along the bathroom ceiling! Lamp shades were all water damaged and curtains were stained and gross as well same with the beds!!

I went for the water park and my 4 year old granddaughter enjoyed it

Superb

Liked: The staff was wonderful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the restaurant. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and the water park was really well supervised by the lifeguards so that was a real pleasure.
Disliked: The only small issue and I did report it to the front desk, was a small chunk of drywall fell from the ceiling over our tub onto our tub but not on to us fortunately. The plumbing in the bathroom above must have been leaking because the drywall looked wet and that's what caused it to fall
