Good location, good comfortable room

Disliked: For the price I paid think it should have the choice of a cooked breakfast rather than a just continental breakfast

Liked: The property is lovely - well maintained, tastefully furnished.
Disliked: Nothing. Our room was a basement room with access to the garden. It was large, comfortable and nicely decorated - but a little dark.

Perfect place if you like...

Liked: It is a very inviting, and cozy place, and the location is perfect. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. We could leave our luggage on the last day. Very, very kind of Hilary.

Wonderful stay

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at six Brunton place, the staff went above and beyond by allowing me to check in early at no extra cost; both ( lady and Martin ) were incredibly friendly.
Disliked: The only small downside was that the coffee and tea supplies in the room were not refreshed during my 3 day stay. It would have been nice to have them replenished daily.

A beautifully presented Accommodation

Liked: A beautiful historic BnB located approx 15 minutes walk to Holyrood Palace and then the Royal Mile. Note it is a walk that has a constant incline up to Edinburgh Castle.We had the Garden room with direct access to a courtyard garden. Bed was very comfortable and room included a lovely sitting area with ensuite. Close to restaurant options(15 min walk).Breakfast was a continental breakfast with a nice selection of Granola Cereals Fruits Pastries and Toast.The room was large, quiet but down a staircase to the lower level.Check in was easy and our host was very friendly and approachable.
Disliked: There was nothing l didn't like however note there is no lift in this building.

Liked: Best place to stay. The host goes the extra mile for her guests.
Disliked: Same bread every day.
