Stay was okay, had hoped...

Liked: The property was pretty modern and clean, with shampoo, conditioner and wash soap provided. It is also a great spot, in the middle of town, close to restaurants and shops and next to the river. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The parking is very confusing. It says at the end of the street that no vehicles are allowed, but you do have to drive there to park. It would be nice to get an E-mail where it states that.Also for such a nice place and how high quality it is, the breakfast was very disappointing. Very small selection and not even fresh fruit, but frozen. We also requested a crib which cost extra, which turned out to just be a pack and play. It is also very noisy within the hotel, because of how the doors are. You hear everything that is going on the floor.

Perfect Ski Stay in Vail...

Liked: This pet friendly hotel is centrally located in the Vail village just steps away from the main gondola, all the restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool accessible to us directly from our room. The hotel was fully renovated, the rooms are spacious, well equipped and super clean. There is a good size ski storage area right by hotels entrance. The hotel does have an underground car garage. The breakfast served by the reception area had a nice variety - good option prior to hitting the slopes. What makes this property really special is the people working at this hotel. Everyone was very nice, accommodating and polite. I would definitely stay again at the hotel during our next ski trip.

Liked: Great location . In the heart of the village . Clean . Breakfast very limited but ok. Rooms are renovated and comfortable . Lobby is small but ok . Staff helpful . Elevators and hallways need work .
