Liked: The property was incredibly unique and beautiful! I felt like we were in Santorini! The Roman baths were lovely, and we loved the Casitas that were very private. We loved making our own coffee and sitting on the patio watching the fog lift off the vineyards in the mornings!

Liked: We had an unforgettable weekend at this stunning winery near Paso Robles. The property is absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views that look like they’re straight out of a postcard. The architecture is inspired by the white-washed charm of Santorini, giving the whole place a serene, Mediterranean feel.Our room was nothing short of spectacular—beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Inside, we enjoyed an access to a small pool, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine.Speaking of wine—the tasting experience was exceptional. Every wine we tried was rich in flavor and expertly crafted. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return.
