Exceptional

Good place to stay.

Liked: I liked the location and the friendliness and kindness of the staff including the Rum Runners restaurant's servers. I also liked the towel service for the beach not only the pool, so you don't have to bring your own beach towels.
Disliked: I couldn't get my room cool, so I couldn't sleep well because of the heat. There was noise until late at night past 12:00 (You could still hear parents yelling at kids). I found a huge roach in my bathroom, luckily I am never barefoot. In the morning the maintenance people goes by with the blower around 7:00 and when they went by my room the dirt from the outside came into my room. I paid for an ocean view room but I could barely see a little strip of water because the dunes were high right in front of the room, and for this same reason the lanai outside the room is really not usable; you would just sit there to see people go by, not the ocean. If I stay there again I would get an ocean view room on the second floor, away from the noise and the dirt.

Liked: Great location and the beach view from our room was just amazing. Will be going back very soon im sure.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have been given a heads up on the light construction that was going on during our stay. But it had a very minimal effect on our stay and enjoyable vacation

Liked: Pool and food in the restaurant and the locationAMAZING THE PEOPLE WORK IN THE RESTAURANT AND RHE HOUSEKEEPING. They were so nice and very helpful for us
Disliked: Customer services in the front desk , HORRIBLE one lady her name is FIONA Horrible he didn’t want to helpMe work the microwave that i need for medication . the room with cockroaches, leaked water from outside into the room full of water.The hotel is under construction and we couldn't sleep because at seven in the morning they were already working outside.The construction tools were outside in the hallway and it smelled like paint and I got a horrible allergy from the paint smell.
