Liked: The property is beautiful and had everything my family needed for a fun getaway. We arrived early in the morning and the front office staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We will definitely be back again.

Liked: The beach was not crowded, but the hotel was only 1/2 full due to renovations.Restaurant was good!
Disliked: Construction! I had paint dropped on me. We couldn’t use our balcony. We didn’t get the rooms we booked. This was a complaint I heard from many travelers staying there. Very overpriced for a mediocre facility!

The room was nice, everything...

Liked: Room was freshly updated since the storms with fresh paint and new furniture
Disliked: Paint overspray all over the exterior walkways. Dirty elevators (there was even a roach on my ride up to the room). Room door was very hard to open & close. There are 2 check-in desks, but they couldn't help me at the 1st because I had to 'check in at the Hilton Honors desk' even though I had booked through Booking.com and have no affiliation with Hilton???? I think the man said it was because of the tower I was in, but it was very confusing & I had to wait in line twice. They wanted $40 to park my car overnight - I stayed here in July and parking was free.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean
Disliked: They were doing construction outside our room. I booked an ocean view suite and I couldn’t see the ocean due to the construction crew hanging outside my patio and they had it plasticed off. They got paint and plaster all over the items we had on the patio.

Don’t stay here. Pay more...

Liked: Location in St Pete was great.
Disliked: The staff were rude and unhelpful when trying to discuss our concerns with our accommodations and reimbursement for being moved from the family suite we paid for to a regular two bed room which obviously cost much less. Originally we were put in a building that required renovations as it was apparent there was significant water damage in that suite from the last hurricane in that area. During the stay the hotel was completely gutting and redoing another building on the property so it is clear to anyone there that there are significant concerns with structures and safety in rooms that have not been remodeled yet.
