Liked: Location, facilities and helpfulness of staff. Michael, our breakfast and dinner staff person very friendly, professional and helpful.
Disliked: Sad to here this Hotel is closing in a few weeks.

Liked: Excellent room - size, comfort, quietness. Location was perfect. The food at the Whisky Bar was great. Suited our Sydney visit perfectly.
Disliked: The bar fridge was not very cold.

Liked: Amazing location. Amazing Staff. Amazing Breakfast. The building itself, the style and furniture are beautiful. We just don’t build anything like this anymore.

Liked: Atmosphere was fantastic, love the old world feel.
Disliked: Bar closed too early.

Good location, tired facility that...

Liked: Great location. The staff were very attentive and we were treated really well. The bed was comfy and the room a good size.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit tired. We were told it was due to demolished in a few weeks and investment had stopped. We used it as a dormitory while we explored Sydney.
