Lovely hotel in great area

Liked: Although the room was small with no wardrobe or clothes storage it was tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Train noise disturbed the first night. Slightly strange toilet and basin arrangement.Breakfast was excellent and staff exceptionally helpful.Appreciated the welcome Prosecco.Used the S bahn into town and to the airport. Very handy with lift for suitcases.
Disliked: Bigger room with more storage space.

Disappointing experience

Liked: I was so disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy the positive aspects of the hotel. Design, private balcony etc
Disliked: Breakfast was unacceptable. The layout of the room had many problems. There wasn’t enough shelf space fir a spacious junior suite. There was repair work done and there was noise too. The room wasn’t very clean, too many dusty bookshelves. And the list goes on and on. It was a total disappointment

Liked: Everything the vibe. art work furnishings relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful

Liked: Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel decor very chic, beds are really comfortable. Location is excellent.
Disliked: Our room overlooked the main road, which was busy at times and a bit noisy.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing hotel with gorgeous rooms, and very clean. Amazing & friendly staff even leaving a bottle of prossecco in the room as we were on holiday for a birthday. Also in an excellent location and very easy to get anywhere in berlin from here with all the trams and trains so close by. would definitely stay again and recommend!
