Perfect stay to see the...

Liked: Nice location by the river, close enough to the train station and the city centre. Nice staff and overall clean and pleasant, didn’t get a chance to see too much of the hotel facilities, but had a really easy and comfortable stay, I would go back.
Disliked: Not easy to find your way around the building to rooms, a bit of a maze, but it is part of the charm I guess.

Wonderful hotel, very attentive staff and fantastic location

Liked: Breakfast was superb with a lovely view over the river. Parking was nearby at the railway station which was easily accessible to London. The hotel was centrally located in Windsor which made it easy to get to the Castle and restaurants. The view from our room was amazing as it looked up at the Castle
Disliked: The AC in the room was not functioning correctly which made it a little uncomfortable. It was, however, the first hot day that we have had this year.

Great location but unfortunately a big let down for us.

Liked: LocationComfortable bed
Disliked: Room I booked was a superior double and I got a bog standard dark room.Reserved a table by the window of the brasserie 3 months prior but told it was first come first serve. It was my 60th and my aunts 80th birthday treat to each other so disappointing, plus no acknowledgement on visit .My aunt sent her meal back, it was awful. My bath ran cold , so presume limited hot water . Not good for 219 room, so I had a Luke warm bath.Woken at 7am by bins being dragged down the path right under my window . Went on for nearly 40 minutes, couldnt get back to sleep .Very disappointed
