Cool stay, no complaints &...

Liked: Very cool hotel, away from the bustle, fun little ferry that runs 24/7 from the train station. Amazing welcome, fab room, comfy bed, large shower, lots of little extra surprises which I won’t spoil and say on this review but go see!
Disliked: Breakfast was pricey.

Awesome!

Liked: The reason why I decided to choose this hotel is because 1) has an elevator, 2) air conditioning, and 3) it’s location. We wanted to stay somewhere close to the Amsterdam Centraal because we were taking the train to Paris. Hotel was easy to get to via train from airport. Ferry from the centraal to hotel was quick and easy even in the rain with luggage. Hotel staff and property were amazing. Rooms were small but we were barely there so we were fine with it. The decor and record player in the room were neat to see. First time in Amsterdam and had only 24hours there. From our hotel we’re able to walk around most of Amsterdam and had a great time.

Unfortunately our night was disrupted...

Liked: Second stay, great location, breakfast is good. In general staff is helpful. This time however they only apologized and made very little effort to offer any compensation. A bit disappointing.
Disliked: The fan started rattling and made noise from 4.00
