Liked: People are generally friendly and trying to be helpful. The location was great.
Disliked: We stayed in an Executive Room which is advertised as above average but most of the extra square footage is for a long hallway of limited benefit.The room and bathroom are very dark, and the lighting is controlled by central switches that are hard to read and difficult to use. You have to turn on all the lights at night to go to the bathroom for example. There is air condition, but it is too weak to cool down the room properly. We asked several times if they could turn up the AC, but nothing changed. This is the main reason for us not using this hotel again.The breakfast concept is a bit difficult. There is no buffet, but everything is ala carte and there is a budget to stay within if you have breakfast included.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room with full amenities. we love the all day spa available for guests. great vides inside and outside. and an amazing location.
Disliked: a bit pricey and was hoping for special prices for returning customers.

Solid choice in great location

Liked: It’s my go to hotel in Paris because of the location and the size of the rooms/ bathrooms. The staff was very helpful when I had a few issues at check up
Disliked: When I had stayed before it was the Sinner Hotel and I did miss the impeccable service and rock/ glam vibe. Under the new management it’s less edgy, more like any other good hotel. Room service was more club sandwiches and less detox juices and Ottolengi recipes. Also lifts- corridors and bathrooms need a lick of paint
