Disliked: No toilets papers Cacroches everywhere in the room

very greatful to get rooms...

Liked: staff was awsome to work with (even though different language - used phone for translation) easy to work with. they were accommodating when I asked for items.
Disliked: rooms a little more up to date, more than 1 towel in the room and also wash clothes should be in there and they were not. broken cleanser bottle laying on shower shelf, one day, cleaning lady left our (exterior door) unlocked. I was so upset and greatful nothing had been stolen out of the rooms as the doors are right on the road side.

Ok for a 1 night...

Liked: This property was the cheapest one in the neighborhood so it’s hard to ask for more. Friendly Indian lady at the front desk
Disliked: The smell in the room was really bad, probably because of sewage.

Disliked: The amount of roaches crawling. I wore earplugs to make sure they were not crawling in my ears

Affordable rooms in an awesome...

Liked: I really liked the price. It was a wonderful way to see Miami again at an affordable price. I loved that the property had free parking. I also liked that it was a block from the bay. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The rooms are in need of some fresh paint mainly on the baseboards. A deeper clean could also help such as wiping down the walls a little more often. Also the rooms could use an entrance rug to wipe your feet before you enter the room when it rains. If you are a clean freak then this place isn't for you. However, I had a great stay without any problems.
