Lovely staff, we felt spoiled

Liked: Amazing location, nice amenities, nice connecting rooms
Disliked: Spa downstairs could use updating

Disliked: Staff was quite rude on arrival. Said we had to use a credit card and pay 50euro bond each night of our stay. I asked where this was written and why we could not simply use a debit card to which they rudely responded that it wasn’t written anyway and that all over Europe they do this. I can tell you I travelled all over Europe and this is not the case.Also key card didn’t work and no instructions on where the complimentary breakfast would be served after our key card into our room also did not work again.

Overall very pleasant stay.

Liked: Top location and friendly staff esp the breakfast team with Baldo, Ravi and the team.
Disliked: I was refused breakfast on arrival early 9.30 am but understand breakfast are for the other days following but I departed the hotel 3 days later at 6am so I did not have breakfast on my departure day. I thought they could have been understanding but it’s ok.

Liked: Come here every time I am in Milano, central location, excellent staff
Disliked: I was upgraded to a better room, I never stayed at, will now chose this one every time

Liked: Location, spacious and clean room, super helpful staff.
Disliked: Roadworks outside but we were out all day.
