Liked: It is a beautiful hotel near Malpensa airport and with a lot of charm. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was good. As a solo traveler I felt safe.

My favorite in Milan

Liked: Fresh rooms, good breakfast and nice staff. Quiet location 3 min walk from the cathedral and 2 min from fabulus shopping.

Charming hotel, shame about the...

Liked: The location of this hotel is fantastic! Minutes walk from The Duomo, shops and restaurants and the underground. The hotel is lovely, our room was very clean and well equipped.
Disliked: Although the hotel was set back in a quieter location it is opposite a car park/ restaurants and it can get very noisy of an evening. The room was very hot and the air conditioning didn’t work so having a window open meant lots of noise. Would also have been nice to have tea/ coffee facilities in the room.

Liked: the location was perfect ,the guy at the breakfast room called Baldo was the most positive person at the hotel.
Disliked: the rooms were old, the hotel is on construction, the breakfast room is always full, in my room there was not hair dryer I had to call 3 times to get the hair dryer. at the breakfast the waiters did not take the dirty plates unless you finish and go. you have to drink your cofee with the dirty plates over your table.
