Disappointing and impersonal.

Disliked: When arrived, exactly when I had said, there was no one there, as the staff member had gone out for a sandwich! Very off hand, when he did return after 20 minutes. Staff not at all visible, very impersonal. Breakfast was poor - fancy and cooked to order, but not well executed. Such a shame, as most B&Bs I have stayed in in the US have been really pleasant and friendly.

Quiet location with beautiful grounds...

Liked: Beautiful grounds. The cottage was extremely spacious and fully stocked with amenities. Warm cozy fireplace.
Disliked: The breakfast options could have been a little better.

Liked: We love it ALL but the walls are thin and we could hear someone punding dough under our room at 7:30 am
