Liked: Nothing except location
Disliked: Housekeeping, staff behaviour, cleaning and hygiene. They think that they are the best in whole London. Expensive

Absolutely dreadful I felt like...

Liked: I didn’t like anything about the property whatsoever. It was rundown old very deteriorated smell of mouth sweat microwave was dirty. Bed was dirty had a stain on it. Floor was stuck down by black Sellotape. There was cobwebs in every corner of our room toothpaste in the bathroom underneath where the sink is where it’s been dripped and haven’t been cleaned on the walls there was toothpaste pubic hair Windows if you can call them windows tiny little windows that were so dirty couldn’t even see through them we asked for a couple of glasses. They didn’t have any glasses. In fact they didn’t have anything there. You get one roll of toilet paper the iron that they leave in the cupboard for you to use is secondhand and when you use it bits of rust come out of it absolutely appalling for the money that we paid we paid £160 to stay in that shit hole and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody plus they ask you for £100 deposit as well do not go there it is a rundown shit hole

Liked: Location to the train station was great.
Disliked: Rooms are dated. The sink and the shower drain extremely slow. We were told that there was no air conditioning yet because it was still cool outside, even though the info on booking says they had air conditioning. We spoke to the front desk and she moved us to a different room that the air conditioner was working. There is no lift.

Great stay at Simply Suites

Liked: I liked that it was clean and comfortable, especially for the price. There were good amenities, and I enjoyed having an air conditioner/separate sink in the room. The staff was amazing! We were greeted by the same woman both times, and she was so amazingly helpful and sweet. What a great time chatting and making a new friend! I also was very appreciative of the extra towels, shampoo, and body wash - they came in handy as I had forgotten my own.
Disliked: Good location overall, but it's a bit far out from what we wanted to see. The wall outlets were a bit far from the bedside tables, so I had to get up if I wanted to charge my phone and couldn't lay in bed while it charged because my cord was short. Lastly, the water pressure was kind of low, but I was still able to get clean. :)

Disliked: The one of desk lights does not work.The phone does not work.The back side flip of TV controller is gone.Th power switch of TV controller does not work.the safety chain does not work.The fabric on the headboard of the bed partially collapsed.
