Liked: The room was spacious with good hot water
Disliked: The staff was rude and unhelpful at reception. The bed was uncomfortable, and the wifi pretty bad

Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were awful. Hotel also doesn't hold your bags so had to drag our bags around London for a few hours before we departed. Very expensive for what you get.

Poor condition for the price

Disliked: Room was dirty and in poor repair. Curtains falling apart, sink cracked, headboard worn to thread. Linen was yellow. Reception were gruff on arrival and told me to leave my bag in the hall, which is fine but when I returned in the evening, I had to move all the linen bags from on top of my bag to get to it.

Liked: It's a decent room for a couple of days but nothing fancy.
Disliked: The window frame was slightly mouldy.

Disliked: A bit cramped.

Disliked: Socket was not working, Pillow is very thin and bed cover was dirty.And it was so noisy because of reception guy talking too much in loudly voice. It’s worst hotel!!
