Very convenient location, great for...

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to the airport, the freeway and downtown Boise.
Disliked: Although it appeared to be clean, the rooms did not smell fresh. Also, I wished that I knew beforehand that they do not come into your room to do any type of cleaning or restocking during your stay. They don’t even make your bed. That’s fine if you’re only staying two nights, but not the best if staying 3 or more nights like we did.

Liked: Clean and very close to airport. They even arranges for a Uber ride to the airport. They picked up the cost including tip.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent and friendly staff!

Liked: The staff was SO friendly! They were accommodating and willing to help in whatever way they could, even printed some documents for me! Exceptional experience because of the staff. Also, any kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.) are available at the font desk, just let them know what you need and they will get it for you!
