Completey Unexpected Beautiful Hotel in...

Liked: The food was delicious and all freshly cooked.. The hotel is in a stunning location of Somerset, surrounded by beautiful countryside, completely on its own.. The staff are helpful, polite and happy in their work...and told us some amazing history of the hotel..
Disliked: Nothing....

Cosy Exmoor getaway

Liked: Such friendly staff who completely go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable experience, and a cosy space with the wood panels rooms and open log fires. Great food on offer too if you choose to eat there.
Disliked: Nothing really that I didn't like

Liked: What a wonderful hotel! It's about 500 years old but has been very well kept. Everything is in beautiful shape with the old wood paneling shining and a cozy fire in the fireplace. Our room was large and very clean with a gorgeous view out the window. The staff were all very helpful and they have a good secure place to keep bicycles overnight.
Disliked: We have no complaints at all!

Disliked: A longer stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good. You got what you wanted.
Disliked: Adjusting the temperature of the shower took a lot of experimenting.

Lovely short break away in...

Liked: Fantastic location in the moors. Log fires, lovely food and friendly staff.

Liked: Andrew is a great host lot of informartion about walks and tries everything to make you feel at home.Dinner, beautiful manor house, nature all around.
Disliked: Some maintainance issues the window and the bathroom could get an upgrade (starting with a new paint)Drinks and breakfast bit expensive
