Liked: Besides the room being a decent size? Nothing
Disliked: They charged us €150 deposit on top of the hotel rate. This wasn’t disclosed on the booking confirmation prior. There was no water or mini fridge in the room. When I initially asked at front desk they said there would be some and then quickly corrected themselves to say there wouldn’t be. Staff weren’t very friendly either , expect for one. Nobody takes you to your room, you are given a key and off you go. Outside of the hotel needs some work. It looks very run down and unattractive. I guess it’s not a standard practise and explains why they are only 3 starts but bed linens weren’t changed daily. Also found a cockroach in the shower.

Super androit ou sejourner!

Liked: Great welcome from staff. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. Bed very comfortable. Great location for metro. Local restaurants were fabulous and friendly. Great price. Would stay again

OK for few days.

Liked: The room was quite clean. The bed was good.the staff was OK. In the area/location, you could find mini markets, bread factories, and cafes. It was near to metro and bus lines
Disliked: The room was given to us, was not equipped with a refrigerator. The room had a balcony, which thought it was good to refresh the air. However, the balcony was extremely dirty with no chair or something to sit. . Personally, I will not recommend the broader area to stay again. I would prefer to stay in more central geographic apartment of Paris.

Very convenient location to Gare...

Liked: Excellent room with good facilities that makes an extremely comfortable sleep. Well located not too far from the Gare du Nord and reasonably priced. Would visit again.
Disliked: The front of the hotel is bit unwelcoming visually but once in the hotel it’s overall very pleasant inside. The front could do with some plants or something more colourful to reduce the look of the concrete and fence.
