Well worth booking this hotel.

Liked: This is the second time we stayed here. The hotel is great value for money ad very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, it is situated in a pretty run down area, but do not let this put you off. It is a 2 minute walk to the metro and has all the facilities you need close by.
Disliked: The area that the hotel is situated in, is very run down. However, this did mot stop me booking Simon's Boutique fir a second stay.

Liked: The free breakfast was very good and the rooms were well-sized and comfortable. I was traveling for work, so I didn't need to be close to main touristy areas, but the price was reasonable to the quality and upkeep of the hotel.
Disliked: There is no A/C at the hotel, so when things got too warm, the only way to cool it down was to open windows/balcony doors.

Liked: Good breakfast. Basic, but more than sufficient. Would have like more options on eggs and maybe hash browns.
Disliked: The beer selection in the bar was embarrassing. The lack of tonic water meant no gin and tonic option for my fellow traveller. The gates at front of property made it look like an entrance to a prison. Graffiti didn’t help. Keen appeal needs to be drastically improved.
