Liked: Very friendly and fast response staff specially the one who handle us during check in, even the staff (during check out) accompany me to the ticket machine and help me to buy the train ticket through the machine. It’s so thoughtful and kind.

Liked: The staff were above the grade! Each one was kind, friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable! The room was clean, and it REALLY WAS NEXT DOOR TO THE EXIT FROM THE TRAIN! That was so very convenient and saved lots of money for taxis.
Disliked: There was no hair conditioner in the room, which is beginning to look to us, they don’t do in Europe. Hmmmm. Not helpful after an entire day of hauling suitcases on and off trains! You want to get clean and look nice for the next day. Conditioner would help.

Liked: Overall, the hotel is good and comfortable. However, one thing I found unusual is that they do not provide a steam iron due to security and safety reasons. I found this difficult to understand, especially since all the other hotels I stayed at in Vienna provided an iron without any issue.
