Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Silverwater Resort — the location was great, everything was clean and convenient, and the facilities were excellent.
Disliked: It would be even better with thicker doonas for winter and clearer oven instructions, but overall, we had a lovely time.

Disliked: The tv didn’t work on the last night. Also after a day out we came back to the apartment and it was ant invasion, throughout the apartment,the carpets, the bedding

Liked: Location and amenities great for children.
Disliked: Heating malfunctioned. Not working at night. Calls for maintenance unanswered. A door was off the hinge and very hard to open/close. Breakfast in restaurant chaotic. Toaster was on fire. Other food in short supply. Staff very frazzled. No one seemed to be in charge.

Liked: Location of apartment was perfect as kids could just run out to the play area. Swimming pool was lovely and warm.
Disliked: Apartment heating was working properly so the apartment was quite cold during the night. Cost of breakfast was ridiculous for what was on offer and the service was shocking.

Disliked: It would be good for the property to install bidet for Asian travellers
