Clean and a bit of outside fixing would help. The casino was great.

Cheap and affordable

Liked: The area is not the worst and it has a restaurant nearby.
Disliked: Previous person smoked in the room because it smell like smoke and there was ashes on the nightstand. Also the sheet had a cigarette hole on them. Waited 1 hour for them to supposedly clean the room.

Disliked: I had a confirmed stay but when I showed up, going 40 minutes out of my way for the booking, I was told there were computer errors and they had no openings for me. No further explanation or apology. I ended up staying the night in a Walmart parking lot in my car. I see that they did not charge me, but they sure did leave me in a terrible situation.

Liked: Loud music all night long. Could not sleep know hot water.

Liked: When I attempted to check on the office was closed. A sign in the window said the office closes at 10. Someone that 'lived' there told me which apartment the manager lived in. When I knocked on the door, I was greeted with profanity and was told to go away. I suggest that no one EVER visits this particular establishment and that Booking.com removes this terrible place from their website!
