Disliked: The way me and my family where treated.. they wouldn’t even let my grand baby’s or my kids swim in the pool because they where not staying there… the lady at the front desk that evening was very rude… don’t think we will be back..

Unsettling and rude

Disliked: I didn’t care for the employee with initials kk for the simple fact she was rude, refused to check my friend in because she sat with me in the pool while she waited for her reservation to come through, not IN the pool but on the side! Got told my grand daughter who is almost 2 couldn’t swim because she wasn’t a guest, she was there for 20 minutes!
