Very poor

Liked: property was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: i made a reservation and later needed to change it so i called and got it all sorted through booking .com and then called the hotel directly to confirm the change and she confirmed it, upon arrival the lady working, i believe samantha was her name told me there was no change and there was NO rooms available, and i explained i payed the difference and had directly called the hotel, but she argued she had no rooms available, and i had no choice, but then another lady working came and looked at it said “oh wow we have lots available on the 2nd floor” so she was just being dishonest? then she told the other lady she hadn’t gotten my card or ID and she had so i said that and she just said “oh yea i guess i did” over all the experience was fine except that interaction!

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a Denny's basically in the parking lot which was convenient. A breakfast voucher for Denny's which was nice.
Disliked: Check-in took forever. There is no elevator (three story hotel) and I always seem to get put on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Also, the lighting in the room, especially the sink/mirror area of the bathroom is not good - very dark, even with the shades pulled open in the room. Also, I booked a room here last week by mistake, when I tried to change the dates, the booking site said nothing was available. A day later (while still waiting on the refund) I booked for this weekend - surprise, there actually were rooms available. They never would refund my money. I take that back, I was refunded $3.83... When I tried to discuss this at check-in this weekend I was basically told too bad, too late, next time contact the site directly and not the 3rd party vendor I used to book the room. FYI - I contacted both... just got the run around

Liked: We stay here anytime we come to Spokane Valley, WA. We love spending time in the hot tub and the grandkids come and play in the pool!
Disliked: The only things we wish there were nightstands on both sides of the bed. And I wish you had a fan in the bathroom for when someone smells it up. And your toilet paper is one ply so you have to use more.

Disliked: When I checked in I was given a voucher for Breakfast. I had to ask for another one, finding out when I checked in they should have given me a voucher for all the days of my stay, according to a staff member when I asked for another voucher. I was a little upset when I received a copy of my bill that I was charged and additional $7 for a voucher that I should have received when I checked in

Liked: Good location. Nice staff.
Disliked: The plumbing was bad and showering left us ankle deep in dirty, slimey,hairy water. Also stayed several days and never received housekeeping. Had to ask front desk for towels etc.

Disliked: I stayed for 6 nights. I had to ask for clean towels and to have the trash removed. I would have thought they would have done a room service at least once during my extended stay. Otherwise it was fine.

Nice staff but VERY uncomfortable

Liked: The bed was rock hard and the pillows were very lumpy. Due to our family that ended up not staying on this side of town like planned, I ate two night of coat to move o a different hotel after the first night as it was VERY uncomfortable. Some online photos also shows there’s an exercise room with a treadmill that I was actually hoping to use. It is non existent as they have spare pool towels in that room now.
