Great hotel; wonderful location; excellent rooms but above all the lady at the front desk was so helpful, polite and went above and beyond to make our stay an experience to remember - she took it from good to great!
Liked: The front desk service was on a different level.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Room was facing a backstreet so there was zero views.

Absolutely outstanding stay in Chicago...
Liked: Outstanding Decor - bed was incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and pristine. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel.
